El Chiringuito opened in 2009 along a spruced-up section of Es Cavallet and has since become one of the island’s top beach eateries. Past the island’s famous salt flats and into a gravel parking lot with boisterous attendant, a fashionable entourage descends on the outdoor dining room arranged with beachfront collection of sunbeds and stylish lounge with cushy white sofas.
The interior dining room features rustic wood tabletops and small counter with barstool seating surrounded in open walls and views of the sea and neighboring coastal pine forest. A modern color palette of crisp white and bluish gray is accented by natural rattan furnishing and teak details that exude a sophisticated design statement better than any other area beachclub.
