The restaurant’s interior is upscale and tasteful, with a cool and trendy feel. This wonderful place is decorated in shades of blue and yellow/gold, with comfortable seating. The spectacular flower wall by designer Vivienne van Schagen is very Instagrammable! The restaurant’s relaxed vibe, open kitchen, and friendly staff create a warm and welcoming atmosphere.

In Fritz’s Frau Franzi, the head chef Tobias Rocholl creates innovative fine dining from seasonal and sustainable products. Using the freshest ingredients possible, the dishes are beautifully presented and the flavors are exquisite. The restaurant offers a variety of options, from tasting menus with five, six or seven courses to à la carte, so there is something to please everyone.

Bursting with quality and flavor

We really enjoyed the seven course menu and were constantly served with some of the best dishes we had in a while. Carrot tartare, Balfego tuna, Shrimp from neue meere from Gronau, Sauerland char, Pikeperch from the Ijsselmeer, Gently stewed beef shovel, and plums. Wow! All of them a delicious explosion of flavors. We absolutely loved it. Not only the food, but also the wine list is bursting with quality and flavor. Whether you prefer red, white, or sparking, you’ll love Fritz’s Frau Franzi wine selection.
