This great restaurant is located in the new Apollo Hotel with a beautiful view over the Vinkeveense Plassen. The Harbour Club Vinkeveen has the recognizable international look of the chain in its interior, but new additions have been made to the original concept. An open kitchen with a six meter long ‘Raw Bar’ forms the heart of the restaurant. The well-known wine cabinet is also part of the interior in this restaurant and features an imposing mural by Pablo Lucker. In the restaurant there is room for 150 guests and in good weather there can be another 150 guests sitting on the terrace. The restaurant is accessible via both land and water; with its own harbor in front of the door there is space for boats to dock!
The food
The open kitchen with six-meter-long Raw Bar is the heart of the restaurant. Amazing wine cabinets are also part of the interior.The Harbour Club, with clear roots in the harbour where having fresh fish daily is the most natural of things, mainly uses fish caught that very day. The assortment of meat is also unparalleled. For sushi and sashimi, the best farmed Blue-Fin tuna is purchased from Malta. With taste sensations such as the ‘Salmon Torch Roll’ or ‘Peking Duck Roll’, your dinner will be an unforgettable experience. All products used are high-quality and very fresh.
The signature dishes from The Harbor Club form the basis of the menu. The preparations are simple and pure: meat from open Josper Grill, sliptong baked in butter and grilled lobster. The kitchen at The Harbor Club Vinkeveen is managed by chef de cuisine Ingmar Ipema, former chef at The Harbor Club Amsterdam Zuid.
Both inside the restaurant and outside on the spacious terrace you can dine on the water and enjoy the view. A delicious lunch, a business dinner and of course a sparkling evening with friends. Or mooring during a boat trip on the lakes! No boat? No problem. The Harbor Club also leases sloops in cooperation with Amsterdam Yachts!
